You make the difference

Your voice influences how the city and its policies are shaped. The city council deals with important, local issues such as housing, green initiatives and transport. If you are 16 years old, you can vote for the district council. From the age of 18 you can vote for the city council (this also applies to students from other EU countries! Click here for more information). If you all vote en masse in the coming elections, we will make sure that there is enough representation of young inhabitants of Rotterdam in the council. Rotterdam is a diverse city, but in the context of inclusivity there is still a lot to be done. That was an important reason why I put myself forward for the GroenLinks party. Will you vote me into the council?
